Nicely done and welcome to the community! I've been recommending your game to anyone who is new to the text adventure genre. I think it's a great game for the beginner or anyone wanting a quick game to play between household chores or whatever. Looking forward to your next C64 project!
Thanks for the compliments! I'm wrapping up my next text adventure, an Indiana Jones style game, so look for it soon! :-)
very good
Glad you like it!
Which engine?
As far as I know it is a Basic made game.
It's written in BASIC.
Well, I was wondering how long it will take to publish a C64 version of the game. I'm surprised you published it so soon. I notice in the tunes you used in the game there is "Scarborough Fair" from Simon and Garfunkel.
And I really like the end screen. Great port!
And pictures of the game launched on my real C64 using a SD2IEC device.
I had to unplug my fast load cartridge, musics were broken with it...
Thanks for sharing the pictures! Cool to see it running on real hardware. Which fast load cartridge were you using?
Final cartridge III+ from https://www.faszinationc64.de/Final-Cartridge-III
I've always preferred the Super Snapshot cartridge. :-)
